Architect Sylvie Pombart (BIO) is a small Architecture firm passionate about sustainability, passive and quality design. We have over 20 years of experience and a commitment to client satisfaction, offering services from Concept through Construction.
Our projects are site specific and we respond by viewing each situation and program for its uniqueness. We develop an understanding of the site, the context, program and budget to develop creative/problem-solving solutions for each specific building opportunity.
Our building designs have a history of minimizing the environmental footprint and providing quality interior spaces by focusing on site disturbance, orientation, special attention to natural light, choice of natural materials and systems to improve air quality, energy efficiency, water preservation.
The design process is a team effort in collaboration with our client; considering building functionality, client’s concerns, budget and timelines to create desirable and elegant solutions to better our clients’ lives. At client request, a formal Green Certification can be pursued.
